A refundable loss and damage deposit of $125 or 20% (whichever is greater) is applied to all orders. Should an item be lost or damaged, Maison de Bev will deduct the replacement fee from your loss and damage deposit. Should the replacement cost exceed your deposit, you will receive an additional invoice.
Maison de Bev defines "damage" as any break, crack, chip, scratch, stain, etc on/of a product. These damages make our goods unrentable for other customers.
As long as there are no issues, your loss and damage deposit will be returned to your original payment method within 7 business days.
All dinnerware items must be rinsed (water only!) so they are free of food debris/residue. The use of soap, detergent, abrasives, or scourers is strictly prohibited as it will scratch/damage items.
Linens are to be shaken so they are also free of debris. If linens happen to become wet/damp, please allow them to air-dry before repacking them in the provided laundry bag(s).
Maison de Bev professionally cleans all products once returned. If dinnerware are returned dirty, an additional washing charge of 25% will apply. Pay close attention to any items that come in contact with sauces or foods that may leave lasting stains on delicate items.
Maison de Bev provides all boxes/containers as well as re-packaging instructions.
